Physical Education

Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body. It is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity

- John F Kennedy

The aim of our PE curriculum at Clapgate is to offer a wide range of opportunities in which children will expand their skills and confidence across the many elements involved in the subject. It is our wish for all children to develop a passion for physical activity and to adopt a healthy lifestyle- one in which they can discover their talents and gain a life-long love of sport. We have a strong focus upon the social skills as well as the physical skills involved in PE with pupils working together, having determination and showing respect in-line with our Key Values.
