The Arts Council and Eco Council have come together this year to do their bit to help save the planet. The children have been learning about the future of our planet and watching recent news. They decided to ask all children to save and collect small items that would ordinarily be thrown into landfill like yoghurt pots, plastic and metal bottle lids, egg boxes, cardboard, lollipop sticks and more. The Arts Council have been busy sorting all of the many items that have been collected and this week children across school will make their recycled Christmas decorations. We can’t wait to see them hanging on our school Christmas tree in December.
