Meet our new arts council for 2023-2024. The council is made up of children from years 3,4,5 and 6. All children had to apply for their role on the council and complete an application form stating their interests in the arts and how they thought improvements could be made. A democratic vote was held and children were voted on to the council from each year group.
Since September the arts council have been working hard behind the scenes to produce the termly ‘ARTs Newsletter’. They have organised an enterprise initiative to raise vital money for future arts visits and to allow artists in to school to work with children.
